How long have you been shooting weddings?
I have been a wedding Photographer for a little over five years.
How do you describe your style of photography?
I would describe my style of photography as a clean, modern, candid with a journalistic approach.
Are the photos retouched and color balance?
Yes, it is culled down to represent the best of the event, and those selected ones are color balanced and retouched.
What do your packages include?
All my packages include full resolution edited files — online gallery for six months. The gallery is shareable with your friends and family.
How many hours of coverage do we get? What is the charge for overtime?
Each event is different. I cannot tell you how many hours of coverage you should get without knowing the details and what you would like to have captured. I would recommend we talk about the details of your event. There are no overtime charges, and it is the standard hourly fee.
What is the deposit?
Deposit is 50% of the full balance. The remaining balance is structured in a payment plan, and the final balance is due two weeks before the event date.
Will you be my actual photographer, or will it be one of your associates?
Yes, I will be the lead photographer for your event.
Do you have backup photographers who will shoot the wedding if you're sick?
Yes, over the years, I have built a good network of talented photographers. If I can not come to cover your event for some unforeseen circumstance, you can rest assured that you will have sufficient coverage of the function.
Will there be a second shooter or any assistants? Is there an additional fee for each (if applicable)?
There is an additional fee for the 2nd shooter. There is no fee for an assistant, that is on me.
How long after the wedding do we get to see the photos?
I ask for 6 to 8 weeks before the delivery of the final product.
Will you follow a shot list? Or do you prefer to have free reign to capture the festivities of how you see fit?
Shot lists are great. It helps a lot when you don't want to miss any crucial details.
What are the restrictions for sharing photos online or for publication? Do you own the copyright to the pictures?
I have nothing against sharing photos; I ask you to mention me as the photographer. I kindly ask that you do not alter the picture, it would be misrepresenting my work and style.
How many photos will you deliver?
We take time to curate the pictures that we feel best represents your event. There is no set number I can give you; it depends on the coverage, hours, and how many photographers involved.
What do you love most about photographing weddings?
I would have to say all the different emotions that you get to capture. You get everything in that one day: joy, love, tears, party, crazy dance moves, it's endless.
Do you bring your lighting?
Yes, always.
Are you insured?
Yes, I would not do it any other way. If you need me to provide proof for the venue, please send me sites request as soon as possible.
Can you hold a date for me?
No, there are no holding dates in this line of work. Contract and deposit are required.
